Yamaha M65 : les ampoules

I need to replace the display illumination because it is faulty.Can you give me an advice about specifications of this light source and where to get hold of it or what else there can be used as substitute.Thanks.

Hello Jan, there is three little incandescent bulbs soldered behind the meter card.
They are 4mm, 8 volts, 150ma.
